As pandemic requirements and guidance evolve, NADCP is working closely with the below hotels. Each hotel reports they will have the following COVID-related protocols and safety measures in place; however, the most up-to-date information can be found on their individual websites.
Marriott Properties
Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, Residence Inn, Westin, The AC
Marriott properties have implemented extra-stringent daily cleaning procedures focused heavily on high-touch areas. In public spaces, added to already rigorous cleaning protocols is the requirement that surfaces be treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. Public spaces, including but not limited to the lobby, aquatic areas, fitness centers, and meetings & convention spaces, have dedicated staff to sanitize frequently throughout the day. In guest rooms, they have added detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. They also are placing disinfecting wipes in each guest room for guests’ personal use.

Information specific to the Gaylord National Resort is available here.
Hampton Inn
Hilton’s housekeeping room protocol begins with their team removing all used items from the room such as bedding and towels. Next, the team performs a full cleaning of the room and bathroom, including vacuuming the carpet, mopping floors, and wiping down all surfaces with hospital-grade cleaners.
Guests will find disinfecting stations with wipes and hand sanitizer available throughout our properties. Additionally, both public and team member areas are cleaned at scheduled intervals, including hourly maintenance of high-touch areas like elevators and bathrooms.
More information is available here.
Harborside Hotel
All public spaces will be disinfected regularly throughout each day using CDC-approved disinfectants and sanitizers, with a focus on high-touch areas and surfaces, including the counter at the front desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys. Complimentary hand sanitizer will be provided throughout common areas for guests and staff to use. They ask all guests and staff members to practice physical distancing (standing at least six feet apart from each other). Additionally, they have recently installed no-touch door pulls in public area bathrooms for your convenience. Facial masks are required in all public areas of the hotel.
