FAQs
Where can I park my vehicle to unload?
Exhibitors can park at the employee/STAR entrance and check in at the blue awning. You will need a photo ID to enter Gaylord’s back of house, which is right next to the exhibit hall.
Where do I check in and get my name badge?
You can pick up your name badge/tote bag and settle any outstanding payments at the exhibitor registration counter in Ryman Exhibit Hall A2.
How do I find my booth?
You can ask at the exhibitor registration counter or at the Alliance desk in the back of the expo hall; your booth number will also be listed in the RISE26 mobile app. If you are still unable to find your booth, please text or call Kristen Deutsch at 202-510-2978.
Is there an on-site FedEx/shipping location? What are the hours?
Yes, the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is located on Level 0 and is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
Where can I find lead retrieval?
A Stova rep will be in the registration area behind the exhibitor registration counter.
I paid for electricity/internet and it’s not working; what do I do?
