Where can I find the RISE25 program?
The program will be available closer to the start of RISE25. For now, you can view the schedule at a glance here.
What general session and lunch will I attend?
General sessions will be presented twice daily on the first three days. You’ll attend the earlier or later general session and lunch, depending on your state. See the schedule at a glance for more information. States from Alabama-Missouri will attend the first general session and second lunch (color code BLUE) States from Montana-Wyoming, plus Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, and international countries will attend the second general session and first lunch (color code ORANGE).
How do I download the RISE mobile app?
The RISE25 mobile app will be available a few weeks before the conference starts. Search “RISE” on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. From the home screen, log in using the email address you used to register for the conference.
Where and when can I register on-site?
On-site registration is located on the lower level of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, in Florida Exhibition Halls E and F.

Visit the continuing education desk in the registration area on the lower level of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, in Florida Exhibition Halls E and F, or click here for more information. You can also email continuingeducation@allrise.org.
Will session handouts be available for attendees?
Yes. Session handouts provided by presenters, speaker biographies, and our conference program are available through the RISE mobile app.
Is Wi-Fi available?
There is no complimentary WiFi in the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
What is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO).
The Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is approximately 18 miles away, and about $39-$54 for a one-way taxi/rideshare.
Orlando World Center Marriott is approximately 16 miles away, and about $38-$54 for a one-way taxi/rideshare.
Marriott Village Orlando (which includes Courtyard Marriott, Springhill Suites, and Fairfield Inn & Suites) is approximately 15 miles away, and about $36-$54 for a one-way taxi/rideshare.
Are there shuttles from surrounding hotels?
Shuttle service will be provided from Orlando World Center Marriott and Marriott Village Orlando (which includes Courtyard Marriott, Springhill Suites, and Fairfield Inn & Suites) to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
Where are the corporate sponsors and exhibitors located?
The Expo Hall is located on the lower level of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, in Florida Exhibition Halls E and F.
Where and when are the RISE Info Central locations open?
Info Central is located on the second level of the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, in the Osceola registration desk 1-2, and will be staffed during the following times:
- May 27, 2:00-7:00 p.m.
- May 28, 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- May 29, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- May 30, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- May 31, 7:00-11:00 a.m.
Where is lost and found?
Lost and found is located at RISE Info Central, on the second level of the Palms Convention Center in the Osceola registration desk 1-2.
