All Rise has secured a hotel block per diem rate:

$217 (room rate) + $21.16 (9.75% state tax) + $15.19 (7% occupancy tax) +$2.50 (city tax) = $255/night.

  • Attendees can book all rooms online, which will be posted in early March.
  • Act fast; we anticipate hotel rooms will sell out quickly.
  • Rooms booked outside of the All Rise hotel block will not receive the per diem rate.
  • In addition to our headquarters hotel, All Rise has secured several other blocks at hotels in the Nashville area, including The Inn at Opryland, Holiday Inn Express Opryland, Fairfield by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Opryland, Sheraton Music City, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, and Nashville Airport Marriott.
  • Daily shuttle service will be provided from the Sheraton Music City, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, and Nashville Airport Marriott to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. More information on shuttle service is coming soon.

Housing Misrepresentations

There are companies that contact exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms for RISE Conferences. They falsely claim to be affiliated with All Rise; they aren’t. If you provide your credit card information to one of these companies that is not affiliated with us, your card may be charged and there is the potential that you will not have a room upon your arrival and your recourse is very limited. This practice is sometimes referred to as "Housing Pirates."

Reporting Possible Fraudulent Contact

If you are contacted by someone purporting to represent All Rise Housing Bureau, please let us know immediately. Where appropriate, we will inform others in an attempt to stop potential fraudulent behavior. Contact msoussitanani@allrise.org with the details of the contact.
