Payment Information
All Rise accepts all major credit cards and checks for payment; purchase orders are not accepted. You can pay online via credit card when you register or elect to have an invoice sent to you upon completion of registration.

Please include a copy of your invoice with your payment. Any checks sent elsewhere will result in significant delays in processing time.
If you would like to pay with a credit card after receiving an invoice, please call (703) 575-9424 to provide payment information.
Registration Payment Deadline: July 10, 2026
If All Rise has not received your registration payment on or before July 10, 2026, you will be responsible for providing a credit card on-site until we receive your payment. Upon receipt, your credit card will be refunded.
Registration Cancellation
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at registration@allrise.org.
If a refund is due, requests must contain the following information:
- Name(s) of the individual(s) cancelling their registration.
- If you used a credit card to pay for your registration, include the last four digits of the card you used to pay.
Please note the following stipulations:
- All Rise will not provide check refunds – all refunds for those who paid with a check will be paid by ACH.
- Cancellations received by June 19 will receive a full refund minus a $175 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received between June 19 and July 6 will be refunded 50% of their registration cost.
- After July 6, no refunds are available.
- All Rise will refund only registration fees in the event of a conference cancellation. Registrants should purchase trip insurance to cover hotel, air, transportation, and any other expenses.
Registration Transfers
Please email your transfer request to registration@allrise.org. Note that:
- Transfers are unavailable after July 6 and will not be offered on-site.
- All Rise cannot provide one-day rates, student discounts, or scholarships to conference attendees.

Registrant Waivers
Photo Release
By completing a registration, you agree you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
By participating in RISE26, the All Rise annual training conference, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by All Rise and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar All Rise events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of All Rise.
You release All Rise, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By participating in RISE26, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by All Rise or the person or entity designated to do so by All Rise.
COVID and Other Contagious Diseases
By completing a registration, you agree you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
I understand that attending RISE26 may present an increased risk of exposure to and infection with COVID. I acknowledge that gathering in any public space poses an inherent risk of contracting COVID or other contagious diseases, and All Rise cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to and contract COVID or other contagious diseases.
By attending, I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID, along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss. Understanding this, I give up any claims I may have against All Rise, including but not limited to, claims of negligence.
Admission to RISE26 may be conditioned on meeting certain criteria and compliance with rules and regulations which the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center and/or All Rise may establish at the time to protect all involved with the event. COVID safety protocols and related rules and regulations are subject to revision up until the date of the RISE26 conference, and All Rise and other entities, to include the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, may implement additional health measures and protocols as they continue to monitor applicable health guidelines.
