Where can I find the RISE24 program?
You can view the program here, and the full agenda will be posted soon. All sessions will be held at either the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) or Anaheim Marriott (MAR).

How do I download the RISE mobile app?
The RISE24 mobile app will be available a week before the event. Search "RISE24" on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. From the home screen, log in using the email address you used to register for the conference.

Where and when can I register on-site?
Registration is located on Level 1 of the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Hall A. Registration will be open during the following times:

• Tuesday, May 21: 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 22: 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (registration closed 11:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. during the general session)
• Thursday, May 23: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, May 24: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (moves to All Rise information booth located in the pre-function area at 10:00 a.m.)
• Saturday, May 25: 7:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Where do I get answers on continuing education?
Visit the continuing education desk in the registration area at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Hall A on Level 1 or click here for more information. You can also email continuingeducation@allrise.org.

Will session handouts be available for attendees?
Yes, any session handouts provided by presenters, speaker biographies, and our conference program are available through our conference app.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available during RISE24 in the areas described below:

• Anaheim Convention Center: The complimentary internet is a free service and is available throughout the facility. There is no password required to connect. To connect to the Anaheim free WiFi, open the Wi-Fi settings on your device and select “Anaheim Free WiFi.” Follow the on-screen instructions; first-time users will be asked to create an account and verify their email address to get connected.
• Anaheim Marriott: There is complimentary Wi-Fi in the restaurants, bars, and lobby area of the Marriott. There is no free WiFi in the session room areas.

What is the closest airport?

• Orange County/Santa Ana (John Wayne) (SNA) (14 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
• Long Beach (LGB) (18 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
• Los Angeles International (LAX) (37 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
• Ontario International (ONT) (38 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)

Are there All Rise shuttles from the hotels to the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC)?
All Rise is not providing shuttle service to/from the official All Rise hotels. The overflow hotels may provide shuttle service to/from the airports, check with the hotels directly.

Are there state associations and side meetings?
Yes, click here to access a schedule of side meetings happening during RISE24. You can also search on the RISE mobile app under “Other Meetings.”

Where can I find a map of the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) and Anaheim Marriott (MAR)?
Maps are available in the RISE24 program and on the RISE mobile app under "Floorplans."

Where are the corporate sponsors and exhibitors located?
Sponsors/exhibitors will be located in the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Hall A and on levels 2 and 3. See the RISE mobile app under "Exhibitors" for more information.

Where is lost and found?
Lost and found is in both RISE24 Info Central booths:

• Anaheim Marriott (MAR) in the Platinum Ballroom registration counter
• Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) Lobby A in front of Hall A

Both will be staffed during the following times:

• Tuesday, May 21: 2:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Will food and beverage be provided?
Coffee will be provided Wednesday through Friday from 7:00–8:00 a.m. at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Hall A and in the Anaheim Marriott (MAR) near the Platinum Ballroom. Coffee will be provided on Saturday from 7:00–8:00 a.m. in ACC Level 2 Foyer.

Light refreshments will be provided at the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) in Hall A during the following networking receptions:

• Wednesday, May 22: 5:00–6:00 p.m.
• Thursday, May 23: 4:45–5:45 p.m.

Lunch concessions will be available for purchase from food trucks located on the Grand Plaza in front of the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) and the Arena Plaza right outside ACC North 200 on Wednesday through Friday from 12:30–2:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual.
