The following parking options are available at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center:
- On-site parking: $37/day (price subject to change)
- Valet: $55/day (price subject to change)
- Parking fees do not include tax, which is additional.

How do I download the RISE mobile app?
The RISE26 mobile app will be available a few weeks before the event and will have the full RISE26 schedule of sessions.
Where and when can I register on-site or pick up my badge and materials??
For guests who need to register and pay, on-site registration is located in the Ryman Exhibit Hall Foyer A in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center on Level 0. On-site registration counters are open:
- Sunday, July 19, 2:00-7:00 p.m.
- Monday, July 20, 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 21, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, July 22, 7:00-11:00 a.m.
On-site registration moves to Info Central, Delta Lobby BCD of the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Level 2 and will be open the following times for on-site registration:
- Wednesday, July 22, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 23, 7:00-11:00 a.m.
Where can I get answers on continuing education?

Will session handouts be available for attendees?
Yes, all session handouts provided by speakers will be available for download through the RISE26 mobile app.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Guests staying at the Gaylord should connect to their guest room Wi-Fi, which extends throughout the conference meeting space. Guests staying at other hotels should connect to the RISE26 network. Detailed connection instructions will be shared closer to the event. Wi-Fi service is for basic internet needs such as accessing the RISE26 mobile app, checking email, and browsing the web. Streaming or downloading/uploading data is neither supported nor permitted.
What is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA). The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is roughly 8 miles away, with an approximate $30-60 one-way taxi/rideshare fare.
Is RISE providing shuttles from the hotels?
Shuttle service will be provided from the Sheraton Music City, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, and Nashville Airport Marriott to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. The shuttle schedule will be available in the RISE26 mobile app and posted here when confirmed.
Are there state associations and other meetings?

RISE Info Central is located in the Delta Lobby BCD of the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Level 2 and will be staffed during the following times:
